Basic information
In addition to the conference, which begins the evening of Friday, March 30, 2007, FORGE (For Ourselves: Reworking Gender Expression) will sponsor two days of Intensives on Thursday, March 29 and Friday, March 30.
An Intensive is a full day of interrelated training and discussions devoted to one topic, designed and run by one or a small group of well-qualified presenters. People who don’t necessarily want to attend the whole conference may want to attend one Intensive, particularly if the Intensive is relevant to their work or to an issue in their own or a loved one’s life. (That is why Intensives are separately priced.) Potential Intensive attendees are strongly encouraged to plan on attending the full day, to permit richer conversations and relationships to develop over the course of the day.
Each full day intensive is only $130 (prior to March 1, 2007), which includes continental breakfast, an afternoon snack, highly skilled training.
