Communal meals
To keep conference registration prices down, we did not include any meals in the conference registration fee. (Intensives fees do include a continental breakfast and light afternoon break.
However, we are offering a total of six add-on meals that both offer additional opportunities to socialize with fellow conferees and lessen waits you may experience if you eat at one of the hotel’s restaurants at peak times. These meals must be pre-reserved.
Thursday
Thursday lunch:
$18 Boxed lunch selection (first come, first choice)
Includes: bottle of natural spring water, chips, and choice of whole fruit or large cookie. Sandwich selection includes: vegetarian, turkey, ham, or roast beef
Thursday dinner:
$40 (served just before plenary speaker)
Includes: Soup
Caesar salad (dressing on side)
Rolls and butter
Coffee or tea
Double chocolate torte
Entrée selection:
- Chicken Wellington with wild mushroom cream sauce and vegetable du jour.
- Deluxe Vegetarian: Baked vegetable lasagna marinara, mushroom-filled ravioli, grilled vegetables and portabella mushrooms.
- Orange Roughy broiled filet with lemon-chive butter, complemented with parsley boiled potatoes and vegetable du jour.
Friday
Friday lunch:
$18 Boxed lunch selection (first come, first choice)
Includes: bottle of natural spring water, chips, and choice of whole fruit or large cookie. Tortilla wrap selection includes: turkey or grilled portabella mushroom with lettuce, tomato, cucumber, cheddar cheese, and ranch dressing.
Friday dinner:
$40 (served just before plenary speaker)
Includes: Soup
Garden salad
Rolls and butter
Coffee or tea
Silk Tuxedo Cheesecake with Melba Sauce
Entrée selection:
- Chicken Montrachet: Breast of chicken with basil cream sauce, complemented with lemon pepper linguine and vegetable du jour.
- Tomato Penne Pasta Primavera, tossed with roasted eggplant, red peppers, broccoli florets, spinach, zucchini squash in extra virgin olive oil.
- Top Sirloin Steak (8 oz.) Broiled and topped with a burgundy mushroom sauce, oven roasted red potatoes and vegetable du jour.
Saturday
Saturday lunch:

Sunday
Sunday lunch:
$18 NOTE: This lunch choice ensure you won’t miss Dean Spade’s dynamite talk, “Building an Anti-Subordination Trans Movement Infrastructure”
Includes: bottle of natural spring water, chips, and choice of whole fruit or large cookie. Croissant sandwich selection includes vegetarian and turkey
Other Food Options
The Four Points by Sheraton Milwaukee Airport has several restaurants and lounges, so if you stay there, you won’t need to leave the hotel, if you don’t want to! Restaurants on the property include:
- Scooter's Sports Bar (bar/lounge, with light food available)
- America 's Lounge (quiet bar/lounge, with light food available)
- Courtyard Restaurant (relaxed dining and casual menu)
- America 's House of Steaks (casual attire, with great tasting upscale meals)
