Building strong relationships in tough times
Program Description:
In this innovative, creative, experiential, and very practical series of 6 workshops, participants will gain insights, tools, and skills they can use to create stronger, healthier relationships of all kinds. All of us have experienced some kind of trauma or significant life stress (from living through the terrorist attacks of 9/11 to sexual assault, from hard economic times to surviving combat, from the death of a loved one to being bullied as a child). Creative arts, movement, negotiation strategies, small group discussions, interactive exercises and introspective techniques will lead participants to a deeper knowledge of themselves and assist them in getting more of what they want out of their relationships and life!
